Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the floral industry. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and prospect potential clients, including florists, event planners, and retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the floral or horticultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Komet (preferably).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
